NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT TAKE QUALITY CARE OF THE FURNITURE AND THE STAPLES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO HOLD THE FURNITURE IN PLACE ALMOST CAUSED A LOST OF TOE AND FINGER ON ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER. I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM TO ALERT THEM TO THE PROBLEM AND THEY JUST HANG UP ON ME. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I purchased some furniture from Katy Furniture and paid for delivery and set up. The guys (Adrian and Terrell) who did the delivery had no idea what they were doing. I had to tell them how to get the headboard upstairs because their brains couldn’t fathom the idea that they were doing it wrong. Fast forward to them getting everything in the room. I purchased a living room set and a dining room set from Katy Furniture and it has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I called them to let them know that the pillows were coming a loose when I purchased them. This was July of 2021 and several times since then. I realize that we have been in a Pandemic, however I reached back out to them and was told that I have to bring the pillows in, then wait for them to re-order them, wait for them to come in, and then go back to pick them up. No star at all!! This store gave me the worst experience ever on the delivery of item. The delivery date was set for 9/22/2020 and already paid upfront. Waited for it until the evening but answered when we called by a delivery department employee that unfortunately they can’t deliver it today due to her mistake. Instead, it will only be delivered on 9/28/2020 and told ether we have to accept the new date or loose 25% of the money we paid for cancellation of order. All other negative reviews tell our story also, just add a helper called my husband "a a******" and the legs on our couch were missing. Don't forget about the trying to get help from customer service and getting hang ups. If not hang ups, you wait on the phone and have to press the star button 25 times to stay on the line. Poor service on all counts. Rating should be negative numbers but you can't put that in.

Buyer Beware! We purchased a sofa for my daughter about 10 days ago. They delivered it to her apartment on Friday and damaged her door frame significantly which the apartment is going to charge her for. My daughter left a voicemail for a manager as well as sent an email with pictures attached. She received no response from either. I called them today and was advised that they are not responsible for any damage done to your home or business during delivery. Went into store today..salesman are horrible..and they dont tell u certain prices are cash prices only and they only.want your money for their furniture that is crappy...would definitely not go back or recommend.

This store is deceptive in their sales practices. They tell you one thing then send something totally different. It is going on over two weeks and they do not return calls, letters nor emails. I plan to take them to court. There are laws to protect consumers against companies like them. I would encourage anyone to NOT buy from them. Trust me you will be sorry.
