I received excellent medical service from Katy Cowden. She listened to me and made some suggestions that really helped me. I have never had a problem reaching the office staff or making an appointment.
Horrible practice never responds to messages… it took me ten days to finally speak to someone to ask why I have not gotten a response on a ultrasound done 10 days ago and was sent to them.. they put you on hold and disconnect your call … never respond to my message sent on the app .. God help humans with these automated systems and no customer service health departments … very disappointed with the practice
