One of the few places in America you have to pay before services. Then your not even getting your services completed for 7 weeks. Ins won’t be billed for another seven weeks yet I had to pay ahead.

Worst experience! Totally unprofessional!! My 3 year old daughter was scheduled for sedation at the Monaca office because we were told they "don't do that at the Collier office" which is 5 mins from our house mind you. So we drive 40 mins to Monaca this morning to be told they dont do sedation there either!!!! I took a vacation day and drove 40 mins with a 3 year old that's in pain and they basically told me tough s*it
Went here 2 times to have major dental done. Never received a call back either time I went. Staff more worried about what they are going to do after work then treating patients.
I need to sell dental office equipment quickly. 4 Reapolstered Chairs, tables, lights, 360degrees xray, 3 full rooms with tool chests, file cabinets. Ask your dentist who I can call please. All reasonable offers considered. We have many pictures. Dentist retiring after 40 years.
