RecommendedJust wondering if there is a trick to getting an appointment scheduled? I have never had an issue with this place. For the last two months, I have called every office there is, left at least 10 messages, emailed, even went to the office twice. My daughter had braces and has to have care!! But yet no one can call me back or answer any of the phones! What am I supposed to do?!
They would not let me pay out of pocket for my procedure . I have an infection and wasn’t offered anything.
RecommendedI had a toothache since Friday, called around to a couple dentists yesterday trying to get in. Kastur is as able to squeeze me in at noon, short story, not to any doing of the dentist I ended up in hospital this morning due to my tooth infection, and my face swelling up, and the amount of pain I was in. The dentist was very nice and kept in touch with me via phone and text to keep updated on what was going on. I’m to go back tomorrow or Monday for a check up. I would recommend. The staff was kind and patient.

I didn't know katsur hired racists. I wouldn't dare feel safe coming to get any dental work done by someone who referred to black people as "n*gger".

Wow, really? I would NEVER step foot in here nor recommend anyone ever go here!! Being in the healthcare profession you took an oath and have a responsibility to care and assist for any and every patient regardless of race, creed, or color. How are we to feel safe knowing this is who we are to put any type of trust in when receiving dental care?? HOW?
