RecommendedI had a toothache since Friday, called around to a couple dentists yesterday trying to get in. Kastur is as able to squeeze me in at noon, short story, not to any doing of the dentist I ended up in hospital this morning due to my tooth infection, and my face swelling up, and the amount of pain I was in. The dentist was very nice and kept in touch with me via phone and text to keep updated on what was going on. I’m to go back tomorrow or Monday for a check up. I would recommend. The staff was kind and patient.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. I’ve had not one but TWO crowns put on (that I paid completely out of pocket for) in less than a year and they both have fallen off. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after having to go there a dozen times because my temporary crown fell off or real crown or my bond I AM DONE. I will be getting my money back and going elsewhere I do NOT recommend going here. The doctor needs his licensed revoked.
horrible customer service. Overbilled on their own advertised special. Three times calling their billing office and I am getting ignored.
I've called twice to get an appointment for my daughter's broken braces and have not received a return call. I stopped by the Greensburg office and at 3:14 pm they are closed but staff is still in the building. I sure hope someone calls me back because this is ridiculous and unprofessional.
You can't speak to a human EVER. Horrible. I have been trying for a week to call to just CONFIRM an appointment that I think I probably already missed. No answer and no call back. You don't even get a human when you call to make an appointment. You need to leave a message.

i has my autistic grown son there today and they were wonderful with him.Especially Debbie she made sure to the equipment used to help him understand and it kept him calm.she was absolutely wonderful.
Son had a 3:30 pm appointment today. Singed in at 2:59pm and at 4 they just realized that we were there and dentist had left already.
I love this place! Everyone is so caring, patient and attentive! They definitely cater to cowards! That would be me!!
