I had a tooth pulled over a week ago and I am having some serious issues with pain. It is Tuesday. I called them while the office was open on Friday and asked their answering service to please have someone call me back before they left for a long three day holiday weekend. No one ever called me back. I called again also on Friday and left an emergency message which the answering service told me would be returned because it was listed as an emergency. MAN! Dental hygienist "cleaned" my teeth in 15 minutes flat! She was BRUTAL!! No personality whatsoever and it was like she was going for Speed Hygienist of the Year. She slipped with the cleaning tool, hit a tooth with it and later jammed some instrument in my gum. No apology when I jumped. I won't be back.
Customer service was good but the wait was horrible we sat for over an hour. Dislike that they don't have anything special for the kids like sunglasses or toothbrushes for them to pick it's more for adults just a boring office need more kid friendly secenery I think kids especially younger ones would feel more comfortable.
I had an emergency visit with a tooth that was killing me. They looked at it and said it could be pulled or a root canal....however they couldn't do either until August...yeah cause I can be in pain for months. Recommended 1 surgeon which was busy for weeks so I asked for other referrals and they just said to call my insurance company. Very unprofessional to expect their patients to remain in pain with no quick solutions
Went today and had a tooth ppulled by Dr. Kelly, he is the best oral surgeon I have ever had. He is excellent. Ha to wait to see him but it was s with it. If you need an oral surgeon he is the one to go to. Katsur dental has been excellent to me and my chchildren thank you. The staff has always been nice.
