DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. I’ve had not one but TWO crowns put on (that I paid completely out of pocket for) in less than a year and they both have fallen off. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after having to go there a dozen times because my temporary crown fell off or real crown or my bond I AM DONE. I will be getting my money back and going elsewhere I do NOT recommend going here. The doctor needs his licensed revoked.
extremely rude answering phones. then only taking emergencies. I say my filling is out and my face is infected and I'm on antibiotics need a root canal asap. she said who referred u, I said my insurance. she said no sorry thats not an emergency and hangs up. down right awful
horrible customer service. Overbilled on their own advertised special. Three times calling their billing office and I am getting ignored.
Been going to Katsur for over 10 years and have not had a problem but the last crown I had done was a little more time consuming and the dentist wanted to take the easy way out and ship me elsewhere to deal with the rest of the problem. I've called twice to get an appointment for my daughter's broken braces and have not received a return call. I stopped by the Greensburg office and at 3:14 pm they are closed but staff is still in the building. I sure hope someone calls me back because this is ridiculous and unprofessional.
RecommendedI went to this dentist's office for the first time in 1 1/2 years this morning. The service is somewhat okay. I was afraid to go to the dentist office, but the hygienist who cleaned my teeth made me feel at ease ... and she told me exactly what she was going to do with me. The dentist who checked me out did a fantastic job in doing so. She was polite and caring.
They have no idea what Time management is. I cannot sit at your office for 6+ hours after a scheduled appt/surgery. All offices suck.
You can't speak to a human EVER. Horrible. I have been trying for a week to call to just CONFIRM an appointment that I think I probably already missed. No answer and no call back. You don't even get a human when you call to make an appointment. You need to leave a message.
accusing me of trying to get an extra script when I never got it.
