Katsur Dental was absolutely wonderful. From the hygenist Lisa, Dr Samy's assistant Angela, we had a wonderful experience. My grandson has anxiety issues and they couldn't have been more caring. Dr Samy is an amazing dentist and handled him with such care. Thanks to everyone at this office.
Wish i could give 0 stars katsur is the absolute worst dentist i have ever been to. I had my wisdom teeth removed and over the course of 3 days i began i get a black eye my stiches fell out and i cant even open my mouth whatever they did to me they fucked me up i havent eatten in 4 days i cant even swollow water and the meds they gave me just make me puke everytime
Incompetent. Also id expect a dentist's breath to not smell like cat shit
Made an appt on Tuesday for Thursday for a cleaning for myself and a sore tooth for my husband. Show up and they tell me they tried calling to tell me the dentist was on vacation, has been for a month. Said the dentist was supposed to return today but called Monday telling them she would be gone for another week. They had the wrong number on file for me, yet they called me back Tuesday with my correct number to make the appt. I can't give them no stars so I have to pick one. My husband had a procedure done where he got all his top teeth out and a immediate denture. Well the denture is to big for his mouth and the part that goes on the roof of the mouth is to low. We have been back for adjustments and the one time they told him that he needs to get used to them and did nothing. Went back the next day for them to take a little off and hurried us out the door.
