Waited an hour and a half before being seen. People who arrived after, were seen before. Rushed through the appointment as if he had somewhere more important to be.
He comes straight from the shoulder. He's kind, a great listener, and most importantly, he listened to what I had to say UNRUSHED and CONCERNED.
