Such sweet staff and amazing nails!
I had a very poor experience here. The first color I chose was a clear gel with red and white glitter. However, when the polish was applied, the gel was not clear; it was a dingy yellow, and the polish was very clearly expired. The nail tech was visibly annoyed when I asked to switch colors and was speaking about me to another tech in a language I could not understand. Unfortunately I didn’t get the two nail techs names, but they did an amazing job! It’s quiet in there if you like a calm space, and the ladies check in with you often to make sure the nails are up to your standards. And this place is very well priced ($55) - i asked for a fill, a fix of two broken nails, and a design + french. Very happy!
Katie did the best acrylics I’ve had in a very long time if not ever. Quick and efficient yet these are perfect and the cost was better than any place I’ve seen in Ames. Will be coming back
