The Scorpion XXX Beef Jerky is the hottest, most tasty beef jerky around! Very well packaged and it’s all natural, no MSG and no nitrites added. Very soft and tender and just a little bit is sure to hit the spot! Harold and Kumar would make a road trip for this jerky if the online option wasn’t available. I have sampled their jerky at Zest Fest and they all are amazing! Nobody beats Katie’s meats!

Outstanding products and customer service. Ghost Pepper'd was perfect for my heat level. The Carolina Reaper lit me and my 12 y/o up. All of the flavors I have had were wonderful. The heat level does not seem to kill the flavor at all. The Jerky is not overly dehydrated and is about perfect IMHO. Put in for my second order to try more flavors.

Incredible jerky! First tried the XXX scorpion at the Albuquerque fiery foods festival a couple years ago and was hooked. I was gifted some alligator and bison jerky for Christmas (which are both top notch) and found out that they ship their jerky out of state! With this recent knowledge I will be a customer for life :)

I had the pleasure of meeting Katie tonight at Indy's Holiday Mart. She was a great sport and let me sample just about every flavor. I thought it'd be fun to try a few of the hottest flavors, like the ghost pepper and the 7 primo and wow, my mouth was on fire! I bought a few bags, but let me tell you, the Spicy Teriyaki is one of the best I've ever had! No one beats Katie's meats! Props girl!
