Really good. I got a few samples at a trade show in PIttsburgh and they were delicious
I normally am not a beef jerky fan but Katie's is fantastic. A must try and buy!

I've had Katie's Beef jerky from the North Market and farmer's markets in the past and loved it. Went to the source yesterday and bought some more. All good flavors and lots of varieties. The pineapple is very good and all the beef varieties have good flavor and nice and tender. Well done.
