Best friggin jerkey ever! Worth driving 2 hours for! Your gonna go huge!
So, I had the pleasure of meeting Katie today, sampled a LOT if her different Jerky flavors.... AMAZING!!! The Scorpion was fairly serious with an awesome flavor and a nice burn to finish. The Ghost Pepper is a nice middle of the road concerning heat value. I was mostly surprised at the fullness of flavor in spite of the heat! Awesome person, awesome product. I'm sure Katie will be seeing more of me!

Katie's beef jerky is amazing. I got the XXX Scorpion and even though it was hot you could still taste the flavors. It is my favorite now. Got it at Jungle Jims in Cincinnati. Great job Katie.
Had a great time meeting you today! The jerky was awesome but the brown sugar pineapple was definitely my favorite! Hope we meet again!

This jerky is the whip!!! The unfortunate thing is I didn't buy more! The Ghost Pepper is my favorite. This is by FAR the most tender jerky I have ever had. My husband and I usually dig through bags in search of the soft pieces and each piece - each bite - was as tender and flavorful as you could ever want. I stopped by my husband's work and we devoured it. All I have to say is JOB WELL DONE!!!

Tried, and purchased, the beef jerky at the Chicago Outdoors Show. Great flavor and the meat is lean and fantastic. Plus, something for everyone...spicy or sweet options.
