RecommendedI have lived here for almost a year. I love my apartment and the complex. I have made lots of friends. The grounds are well kept and so is the inside. I kind of wish we could get some new plants for decorations. I really like it that there is a theater and a pool. I have two of the gardens and really like those so it gives me something to do. Thanks so much for giving me a nice place to live.

I love living at Katie Manor. I’ve lived here for a little over a year now, and I enjoy my home. There are lots of social opportunities here, from coffee with friends, and holiday events. Even obscure Holidays like “ National Corn Chip” day and “National Oreo Cookie Day. I’ve made many friends here, and it’s great to be able to live in such a beautiful, well maintained facility. I never want to live anywhere else.
I have been living at Katie Manor since they opened and I love it. The management and staff are wonderful. This place is 5 star.
I have lived at Katie Manor Apartments for a little over three months, and I love it. The building and grounds are very well maintained. The management team is great, and I feel very safe. There are plenty of times to socialize with your neighbors or you can have your private time. It’s a good place to live.
This is a very nice community and the staff is awesome!
I live here at Katie Manor, so I'm here everyday. I love it here. Very happy I decided to move here 3 month ago. I hope to live here for a long time to come.
