RecommendedWith so many amenities for the residents, including security door, it’s a perfect place for seniors. The grounds are very well maintained. They have a housekeeping crew to keep the common areas clean too. The staff is always friendly and take care of the needs of the residents. An excellent choice in apartment living.
I’ve lived here since 2017 and absolutely love it here! The managers and staff are great! Everything is kept nice and clean (inside and out). A place to be proud to say I live here.

I took my grandmother for a quick look at the community and we both loved it. Brandi was so attentive and energetic. I really felt like she cared about not just us but the people that already live there.
Being a resident at Katie Manor assures my husband and I of a well maintained home in apartment living We have several amenities we enjoy and a pet area for our precious Pomeranian Rosie our maintenance needs are met very fast and our questions and concerns are and handled promptly from the office staff It’s a wonderful place to reside with many opportunities to have a social experience here as well with other residents and activities in our common area.
