RecommendedI have friends who live there, and it is the cleanest apartment property I have ever seen. The staff is very friendly and most helpful when I could find my friends apartment. Would recommend this facility to anyone.
Katie manor has so many nice amenities pool exercise room movie room beauty shop and walking path all around the building. I showed my brother pictures and he said sis you hit the lottery with this 55 and over community. Plus everyone is so nice. Also we have a large common area and outside sitting patios. Also we are set back with beautiful surrounding trees. Also very close to shopping and hospital and doctors.
These apartments are clean, well kept, close to all your needs. We moved our folks in last year and have not regretted this decision.
Wonderful place for seniors! Staff is the best!
I just signed my lease for another year here at Katie Manor. I have lived here since opening day July 1, 2016. I have to say I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The staff has always been very helpful and attentive. I would recommend living here to anyone.

Beautiful, clean, modern BEST RESIDENTS!
When things get tough! Management goes all out to get tougher! Running a Complex like this is not easy. The quality, amenities here at Katie Manor may not be perfect! However, they try hard to care and meet a high standard of lifestyle in comparison to other rentals at this monthly cost. Every new building structure, has years of adjustments. As a resident over 2 years..I pray and hope positive vs. criticism wins!!
Very clean facility and friendly knowledgeable staff. Chris and Brandy are very helpful too residence and understanding.
