RecommendedWe just had to cancel due to the COVID-19 virus. Kathy Nesbit Vacations has refunded our money and handled the situation with grace. We want to return to Fort Myers Beach with our family and will book with them again. We are sad for all concerned as we had a beautiful home booked and were looking forward to this for over six months. We pray this ends soon for all of us and the businesses affected.
We have rented from Nesbit Vacations in the past, and have been highly satisfied with all parts of the process. I want to give them additional praise at this time for their policy on cancelling rentals for this spring break. Best of luck to the company during these tough times.
Kathy Nesbit Vacations has a great location with knowledgeable and friendly employees. Located at the South end of Fort Myers Beach you do not have to deal with all the traffic of the North end. I rented several times prior to moving here from Europe. Great place to rent or purchase a condo or home from.
They began Charging us after we left for everything from, having to clean their pool net to having to start the dishwasher. Everything on the list was basic cleaning and the fact we never used a toaster oven or turned on the dishwasher they are trying to claim as an expense to us. Total of $900!
