Renters BEWARE before booking this condo. We had a lovely time vacationing at our Carlos Pointe Rental BEFORE we checked out and were told they were using our deposit to fix a window that was broken "during our stay". We absolutely did NOT break any windows during our stay. I took pictures of many things when we arrived to ensure something like this would never happen but the window they said we "broke" was covered by blinds in the back corner of the kitchen and we never opened the blinds. We have rented thru Kathy Nesbit Vacations in the past and had this years’ spring break trip booked again thru them...we had to cancel due to the Pandemic, they were awesome about it, very proactive and understanding. We highly recommend and would book thru this company in the future for sure! Caring, understanding company, not all companies were so gracious during this time. We've used Kathy Nesbit vacations and highly recommend them! They provide great service and are quick to respond. They are a great resource to use when vacationing in the Fort Myers area.
My family has used Kathy Nesbit Vacations for a few years. They have always been polite and professional. However, this year with the virus issue Kathy Nesbit rental agency went above and beyond to help us navigate our cancellation as well as our refund. Everytime I reached out to them via phone or email they were very polite and at the same time encouraging to my issues at hand. I could not give them a higher reccomedation for all their efforts. Our Sister weekend was cancelled due to Covid-19. We were so disappointed and fully expected to lose the money we paid. How fabulous of Kathy Nesbit Vacations to refund our money. We are looking forward to our week on beach, and we would definately consider KNV when we are ready to book again. Very easy to deal with, personal service, the best!! Until then, health to all!
