I recently got a lot of work done at Dr. Agatep's office and it all went really well. They were all really friendly and very thorough with explaining everything. My cost didn't change from my last dentist because she is a provider for my insurance. When I called my insurance company to clarify some stuff, they told me that it should be all the same becasue they go by the insurance fees. Its been about 2 years since I've last seen a dentist. I have a bit of a phobia, some like to say. I'm not from this area, so I wasn't familiar with the dentists. Some of my friends reffered me to Dr. Agatep's office, and I'm so glad they did! When I went to see Dr. Agatep and her team, they treated me like I was family!! They fixed one of my teeth that was broken and causing me pain. Thanks to them, Im no longer in pain! Thank you guys!
I'm 52 years old and I've had many bad experiences with dentist. Dr. Agatep took me in today with a broken filling and she did a root canal and a triple laminate crown in the same day. Dr. Agatep is bright, detail-oriented, caring, fearless, and passionate about dentistry. Her staff is amazing and I'm glad to have visited them today.
I received treatment and extraction for four molars, caps and fillings. I liked the fact that they were able to do all work in house without being sent to another shop for the extractions. I used the pill for anesthesia so I don't remember much other than that I was numb and barely conscious but still responsive to basic command like ones you would give to your pet. Dr. Agatep performed teeth whitening, 3 crown replacements, & a few ancient filling replacements which had begun to leak. Treatment has been outstanding. In the past I used to have a lot of anxiety when visiting the dentist. Dr. Agatep and her staff have removed the anxiety that I had felt and made going to the dentist an easier decision to make. I have now had wisdom teeth extraction, cleanings, and teeth whitening with Dr. Agatep and her staff. They have always provided me top notch service in an extremely professional environment. An important fact about the office to me is that I am actually seen at the time of my appointment! Unfortunately this is not the case in most health care offices, but has never been a problem with Dental Design Spa.
Dr. Agatep makes sure she puts patients needs first. She is very caring and very knowledgeable, making sure patients understand everything she is doing. Also, during each procedures she makes sure the patient is comfortable and ready to proceed on. Chair-side manners are the best! She makes me feel safe when i hate the dentist. I love her!!
Dr. Agatep was great, very detail oriented and skilled, not to mention very caring in treating patients. I had invisalign treatment procedure, Dr. Agatep would take the extra time and effort to ensure I'm satisfied with the result.
