I've had fillings done by Dr. Agatep. The procedure was fast and easy and very pain free. I would highly recommend this dentist to others, as she and the staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring of each patient. Additionally, Dr. Agatep, does oral cancer screens, which from my past experiences was never performed at other facilities, so I believe that this is another PLUS and demonstrates why this place is great for all of your oral care needs.

The whole staff here is amazing. They always do their best to make sure I am completely comfortable. I love that I can listen to the music of my choice. I also think that the customer service from the time I walk in the door, to the time I leave, is beyond what is normally expected. It is great to be at a dentist that remembers who I am and that is a plus when in the past, coming to the dentist wasn't my favorite thing to do. I went to see Dr Agatep for regular checkup and cleaning and discovered that I have gum disease (periodontitis) where bacteria builds up easily in my mouth, causing it to be inflamed and also corroding my bones. I opted to do a full deep-cleaning of the mouth with lasers to clean up all the bacterias. The procedure took about 4 separate appointments and was taxing, but I noticed a lot of improvements in my mouth afterward. I don't bleed as often when I floss/brush now. At first I didn't want to come but I'm glad I did. Dr.Agatep did an awesome job. Her staff was friendly and very welcoming. At the other dentist place I've been to they just want to get it over and done with but here they took their time to get it right. If I had any problems they would fix it. Customer service was the best. Beth was very welcoming she is willing to work with my schedule etc. Overall, my experience was awesome. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

My first visit was an overall exam to determine a prioritized work plan . Three weeks later, my first procedure was to remove an old crown, eliminate decay, refill, and replace with a new porcelain. In the interim, I had begun to experience pain below the crown to be removed. I contacted the office and was met with exceptional and responsive customer service and follow-up by Marissa with a prescription of antibiotics until my appt the following week. Extremely friendly staff, nice clean and modern facilities, very thorough services. They take extra care to clean everything, recommend all necessary additional services, and with fillings and other things that are somewhat painful, will do everything to make sure that the pain isn't so bad. They even check your tongue for signs of cancer, something that's never been done for me at other dentists. Cost is higher than other dentists (not sure by how much) but you can't complain with the experience and results.

I had a few fillings done. One of the the things that I dread coming to the dentist is the initial needle from the numbing medicine, but Dr. Agatep made it pain less. The device that they used to catch the debris really made it more comfortable. Both the Dr. and especially the assistant was excellent in letting me know what to expect during the entire procedure. I would definitely, and will recommend Dr. Agatep to others.

I have been putting off treatment for a while and wouldn't you know over Thanksgiving weekend I broke my tooth and was in so much pain, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to enjoy my dinner. I called Dr Agatep and her assistant answered right away and she advised me what to do to hold me over the weekend. First thing this morning I received a phone call from the office offering me an appointment.
