Since I was a kid, I knew this was my calling, so you can say that I'm living the dream of being an awesome dentist out here in sunny San Diego :) If you're looking for a great dentist who can deliver comfortable injections, you've found the right place. I have visited couple dentists before, and never satisfied with their services and offices. Their equipments were also old and outdated. I am very happy with the level of services and high tech toys at the office of Dr. Agatep. I also brought my wife to see her, and she loves Dr. Agatep ever since. I am definitely recommend Dr. Agatep to anyone who is looking for a good dentistry experience and have their teeth taken care of by a professional.
6 months can't come soon enough for my next dental appointment! I look forward to my check-ups knowing I'm in good hands with Dr. Agatep and her team. They do a great job of reminding me of my appointments through email and text. When I get there, Beth (the Business Manager) always lets me know what is covered and what to expect. I had new composite fillings with old fillings replaced and a deep gum cleaning with antibiotic treatment. The procedures were painless! Excellent facilities with an awesome, friendly staff. Using my insurance was very easy. This has been THE BEST dental experience I've ever had and I am definitely going to recommend Dr. Agatep to others. Having text message and email reminders about appointments was also very helpful.
Dr. Agatep is Awesome!!! I didn't go see a dentist for over 5 years because my last dentist was a racist pig whose staff always misscheduled things and the whole office was awful. Dr. Agatep's is the opposite! The staff is really friendly and helpful. They are very fast in responding to phone calls and making appointments. Dr Agatep and her staff have amazing chair-side manner. Most dentists you go to treat you as just another number, but the staff here treat you like family. They always call you by your first name, thoroughly explain the treatment they're going to provide and minimize the amount of pain you feel. Dr, Agatep is amazing! She is wonderful, caring, professional, and has the magic pain-free touch. I got several fillings done and removed a wisdom tooth, and everything was absolutely pain-free! (especially the wisdom tooth extraction, it was done in seconds and seriously no pain at all.) The entire office staff is very friendly, and the office is clean. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist.
When searching for the right dentist I definitely have HIGH expectations. I spend quite a bit of time taking care of my teeth and going to appointments that it has certainly become a priority finding the best dental care. Dr. Agatep's office is a great place for dental visits. They are very understanding and caring.
I've had fillings and a crown done. An initial plan was set to go over the work that needed to be done including the cost of how much insurance covered and how much out of pocket would be paid. I liked seeing this plan and knowing how much money to plan for. The staff is friendly and they always make sure I'm comfortable and pain-free.
