Kathleen is very thorough when it comes to the standard testing that needs to be done on a regular basis and addressing potential issues. I had previously seen Lauren Jones at this office. Since she left, I have been less than enthused. I got in to see Kathleen O'Brien to establish care and do a physical. I was called back 17 minutes after my appointment. I scheduled another appointment 1.5 hours after, thinking I'd have time, which I should have.
