Our house sold the second day on the market. Kathleen and her team did a great job getting it ready for market. Once the bid was in and accepted, we have little to no interaction with Kathleen and dealt with her office staff. We are appreciative of all that was done.

The kids got their letters from Santa in the mail 2 days ago. Our little boy has been over the moon telling everybody how Santa wrote him a letter. He's at the age where he doesn't really know whether to believe or not but this was absolutely perfect because maybe for just this one more year he's going to believe. Thank you very very much we appreciate it more than I can ever say. Merry Christmas

Kathleen and her husband Jeff are amazing. Very professional and straight forward, which I appreciate. They sold our house in only 2 days! When they come in and tell you the things you should do to make it sell, listen to everything they say and do it. When they tell you what price you should list at, don't argue, because they know what they're doing. You may be grumbling the whole time because selling a home can be painful, but I promise it's worth it. I can't recommend them highly enough.
