We used Kistian Escapa and she was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home coming from another state. She spent 3 days with us taking us to 25 homes. She stayed in contact with us from start to finish and even called to make sure everything was going smoothly while she was on a family vacation. I can not give her enough stars for all the hard work and dedication she put into finding us a home. She was very knowledgeable on the area as well.

What a horrible experience with this realtor. This was the listing agent, yet this realtor failed to communicate with me at all and did not resolve issues related to the sale of the home and still has not even after I bought the home. The garage of the home I bought was full of trash and the house was filthy dirty. Why I bought it I don't know, but I know if I ever sell it, I will not be using this realtor.

Just to let you know, if our office is not representing the buyer on one of our listings we are not legally allowed to have contact with the buyer, that was your agents job. You will recall that as soon as we learned that trash was left behind, we paid for it to be removed as soon as possible. We wish you the best of luck in your new home.
