Katherine's Bridal Boutique I'm not sure if we went to the same store, but I went to Katherine's on a Tuesday without an appointment and was helped by Kathy who was fantastic. We tried on several dresses and found a gorgeous one. My budget was always taken into consideration, and there were several dresses that she pulled that were almost 1000 dollars below my budget. They were very nice and friendly and certainly not pushy at all. I would absolutely recommend them.

Katherine's Bridal Boutique is not a good place for alterations I went to Katherine's to have my wedding dress altered, as the store I bought my dress from had gone out of business. I got the distinct feeling that because my dress did not cost $3000 they didn't care about doing a good job. The hem is crooked, they did not fix the loose beading on the bodice, and they lost the optional straps that came with my dress. Katherine's is my kind of shop Katherine's was the second store I visited (with my mom) and when I went back for my second visit I purchased my oh so special wedding gown, first of all they were so helpful, I found my gown on my first visit with them but I had to think about it. My bridal consultant was so very nice and helpful, she really listened to what it was I wanted and we found it - and she understood that I needed to think about it, I actually went out to lunch and realized I needed to go back and order my gown. Hilarious, but awful Just went here yesterday and was rather appalled by the whole experience - although it made for some funny stories as my mom and bridesmaid recapped on the day. We actually found my dress there (after being ignored for the first 30 minutes after my appointment "started"). The dresses are packed SO TIGHTLY and all are in their plastic casings, so it's very difficult to browse in the store. Extremely snobby and rude store that happens to have nice dresses I purchased my bridal gown at Katherine's after I had several friends advise me against going there. They happened to carry the brand of dress I was interested in. During the shopping experience, they were nice enough - not sweet by any means, but at least cordial. I happened to find a great dress and I bought it.

Nice dresses, not too expensive When looking for bridal gowns, my mother and I went to Katherine's. It is a little hard to find because it is set back from the street and there are buildings on either side that are close to the street. I was pleasantly surprised with the bridal shop. The woman helping us was very nice and was willing to spend as much time with us as we wanted. She was a little pushy but not about my buying the dress. Small, dark, pushy, uncomfortable... nice dresses though. Very small shop though they do carry some of the more upscale lines. Their private collection is also quite lovely. I liked the things I tried on, however...

Cute and Friendly! This was the second out of three places that I visited with my friend last weekend, and I thought that they did a very nice job. Our salesperson was Gerri (sp?) and she took the time to listen to what we wanted and never once mocked or question our price. The three dresses that she recommended were either around or much under our price cap, and one of them was our favorite dress so far. If you're looking for bridal dresses.. Katherines bridal boutique isn't a very good place to shop. The staff is not very helpful and you will not get any special attention. The staff who works there seems too laid back. Also, the selection was very limited.The dresses are also very pricey! Not recommended to anyone searching for a bride's dress.
