Cute and Friendly! This was the second out of three places that I visited with my friend last weekend, and I thought that they did a very nice job. Our salesperson was Gerri (sp?) and she took the time to listen to what we wanted and never once mocked or question our price. The three dresses that she recommended were either around or much under our price cap, and one of them was our favorite dress so far. Don't waste your time with this one! Small store with even smaller parking lot. Definitely need an appt. Might have to park at the shopping center across the street and walk. First lady was helpful. Other lady barged in when I was trying dresses on and asked "if i was done already". I had only been there 10 minutes. The lady that was helping me, said I had one more dress to try on, then I was rushed out of there. What gets me, is that I had an appt and even showed up 10 mins early and waited for my time. If you're looking for bridal dresses.. Katherines bridal boutique isn't a very good place to shop. The staff is not very helpful and you will not get any special attention. The staff who works there seems too laid back. Also, the selection was very limited.The dresses are also very pricey! Not recommended to anyone searching for a bride's dress.
rudeness! Do not go to Katherine's if you are looking for a pleasant, enjoyable experience. I started by working with Katherine who was very nice and appeared to be helpful. She, without telling me, turned me over to one of the other ladies (who did not introduce herself so, I don't know her name). She was rude and pushy. Small boutique store with a good selection While Katherine's is not a very large store, they stock a wide range of dresses in all price ranges. Their sales ladies are helpful and pleasant and will not try to push you into buying something you don't want. They have a great selection of both traditional and modern wedding gowns. Make an appt before you go, the store is small so it can get crowded. They have a good selection of veils and other accessories as well. PROS: Cozy boutique CONS: Small store

Worst experience ever....left crying This was my first bridal dress shopping experience and I really wanted it to be fun and exciting! Needless to say, it was anything BUT. Long story short, after eye-rolling, terrible condescension, and being told to try dresses on that were not at all what I wanted, I left in tears. I had an hour long appt but after 29 minutes I was told to leave. "you aren't going to buy, so why try on?" Who says that? How do you know I am not going to buy? Mrs. Such a great experience. I highly recommend this place. My sister found her perfect dress there. They knew exactly what they were doing and we walked out as happy customers.
