Communication has been very poor. Calls are either disconnected after someone answers or you’re placed on hold for 20 to 30 minutes, only to have the call dropped again. Then you have to start the process all over just to try to reach someone and schedule an appointment. It ends up taking an entire day. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
