I had multiple lacerations on my face, including a gash in the bridge of my nose, from a fall. I saw her as a follow up to my ER visit. She was gentle, kind, and gave me excellent care. She also provided advice for treatment of my nose (inevitable scar) and the option to have it revised in the future.
Dr. Hein is professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed and she explained medical terms to me as well.
I had surgery with Dr Hein 10 years ago and again 1 1/2 years ago. I have also had minor excisions in the office as well as Botox and Dermal fillers. I couldn't be happier with all my results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Hein to my friends and family. If you went to this surgeon, you would not regret it.
Run don't walk from this totally unskilled surgeon. I am paying the price long after my surgery and will have to for the rest of my life.
