I had a breast reduction a year ago and results were amazing and life changing. She was also able to get my insurance (Blue cross) to cover after other surgeons were not able to do so. I highly recommned Dr. Hein. She is very compassionate, warm and genuinely cares about her patients.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hein since 2007. She has performed multiple procedures on me over the years. I want to say she is one of the most skilled compassionate surgeons. I had my post op appointment today ( Mommy Makeover ) and I am so excited to say I couldn't be happier! Dr. Hein has been wonderful through this entire process and her staff is great! I brought my daughter (6 year old) to see Dr. Hein for an unusual spot on her leg and she as well as her staff were all very friendly, professional and courteous. Dr. Hein made my very anxious little one feel at ease, and provided us exceptional care. I am very pleased with our experience in her office and will definitely use her in the future as well as recommend her!!

She removed a lesion but obviously didn't get it all because it grew back and was a Stage 2b melanoma before it got diagnosed properly.
I had a Blepharoplasty (upper eyelids) four weeks ago. I have been amazed by the entire process with Dr. Hein and her staff. Dr. Hein is very personable and attentive to detail in her work. Her experience in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery is evident. The office staff is friendly and very efficient with scheduling and paperwork. It was just 16 days from my initial call to my surgery - including my initial consultation, pre-op appointment at hospital, and surgery. 5 stars across!
