Extremely unprofessional experience. Dr. Hein refused to answer basic medical questions, dismissed concerns about my incision, and ultimately refused the necessary suture removal listed in my written instructions. Her tone was hostile, demeaning, and completely inappropriate for a medical professional. Do not go here - ongoing, life altering outcome
Dr. Hein was absolutely incredible during my breast cancer journey. I never imagined my breast reconstruction could look so good after going through a double mastectomy. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and talented in her craft, she also had so much compassion during my recovery. I appreciated her direct approach in answering all of my questions and letting me know what was feasible in my particular situation. Kathleen was wonderful. I felt safe and comfortable while having my treatment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend and will be returning!
Secretary is rude. Charged different price than doctor quoted. Too busy to answer simple questions. Over charged for facial products found elsewhere much much lower !
I can’t say enough good words about Dr. Hein. She has truly changed my life. Since I was younger I always had extremely large breasts. It always bothered me and made me feel a little less confident in my overall look. I’ve never had a surgery before my breast reduction and became ok with the idea of having large breasts for the rest of my life.
