I lived at Katharine Manor for over 20 years before moving into my own home over a year ago. As a wheelchair user, I appreciated the building’s accessibility, but that’s about where the positives end. The apartments are quite rundown, even the ones that have been newly renovated. There are no usable balconies because they’re literally falling apart.
