My visit was Awesome!! Katie is wonderful and makes you feel very comfortable!! My time waiting was quick, she spent time with me and didn't make me feel like is was bothering her. She listened to my problems and took it seriously.....didn't brush me off. She was concerned with me....my health. I just love her!! We need more Dr's like her. Plus her Assistant was wonderful too. I have been seeing Katharine Castillo for a few years now. I have always found her to be very caring and professional. She has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions in a patient and easily understood manner. She is kind and truly cares. Her Medical Assistant Joann is just as caring and professional. She is always smiling and upbeat during my visits. They both always return my phone calls promptly and take the time to make sure I understand my test results and/or reason for a follow up visit. ... read more

Dr. Castillo takes time with her patients to not only provide the best care possible but also answer any questions you have in an informed, compassionate and caring manner. Also, her assistant treats patients with the same care she does. The front desk staff are stellar as well.
