Professional, efficient & cheerful
Excellent & professional medical experience from the office, phone triage staff to the "on the ground" MA's, NPs, PA's and MDs.
This was my 3rd visit with Katharine Castillo over a few years. She’s a very good listener and has a calm, compassionate demeanor.

My visit was great. Katharine was very pleasant and helpful. She addressed my concerns and I appreciate that.
Maria at the front desk was helpful, Joanne was wonderful and gave me a good shot. Ms. Castillo is an excellent practitioner and my whole visit went well. Only one point of concern: the sign up sheet for the lab is not very private! I could easily see who had had their blood drown before me. Bit of a HIPPA concern. Otherwise, it is a great practice you run.
Katie was personable and helpful. I enjoyed working with her.
