My care provider is well informed of my health. She asks, good questions and provides good advice. She's friendly and shows concern and listening as well.

I was seen for a respitory infection and received prescriptions quickly. However, I also had x-rays and recievd very poor assistance - no response from the Dr. Castillo on the portal, the referral location they had call me was not accepting new patitents, and a referral to the location I requested took 4 business days, 6 days after receiving the results of an x-ray. My input was not requested and I never did hear directly from the Dr. Castillo.
I can not wear a mask, hence I was refused medical treatment.
