Very personable and caring. She took the time to listen to me and recommended only necessary tests to establish a baseline of health.
I have been seeing Katharine Castillo, FNP for such a long time I am happy to say I have found someone who is sincere and will tell me when things are not going as great as they should. Katharine always has the best bedside manner as well and she always helps me get back on my feet. I have chronic conditions so I have my good days and my bad days. Katharine listens and takes her time to give you a proper diagnosis. Very pleasant and kind.

Katherine is wonderful! She always spends time with me, I feel she is really interested in me personally, and her recommendations of specialists are the best.
It was so refreshing to have seen Mrs. Castillo. I don't know if it was the smile she walked in with but I felt so much more at ease when I talked to her about what was going on. Mrs. Castillo did some quick testing in the clinic and was able to show me what was going on. Truthfully, I didn't know that an NP could do so much, I cant wait to tell my Dr. what a great colleague he has.
Katie has taken over the care of my child since her last PCP retired, and was able to pick up where her immunizations had left off. Katie explained the importance of certain shots my daughter needs for her age group and even talked to her like a person. My daughter is eleven and Katy was so involved with her, she asked her about school and discussed hygiene, Independence, smart eating habits. I am very satisfied with the personal touch Mrs. Castillo had with my daughter. True Family Care.
my provider was out of the office but I was able to be seen on the same day by Katharine and I was very happy with her bedside manner. Super nice, listen to my concerns and I was in and out in no time. Will be switching my care over to her.
