I have respect for the medical professionals in the building but the customer service or billing team is pathetic. I was charged for a 5 min follow up visit from a previous appointment or test. Never once was i checked out or billed or told I would be billed ever at anytime. 6 months later I get a bill for $40 for the post follow up.
