Kashish is the best!!! She helped my roommate and I find a fabulous apartment even during the busiest renting time of the year! She was patient and reassuring when viewing units and always had great suggestions. I would recommend her to everyone I know!
In my ten years of renting, this has by far been the worst experience I’ve ever had. These people are unfit to be landlords. They’re cheap, cut corners constantly, and try to find every possible workaround to avoid responsibility. Our furnace caught fire and the AC broke in the middle of summer—it took them weeks to address either issue. When we moved out, they took the unit off the market entirely and ignored friends of ours who reached out to sublease.
