This has been an AMAZING place to live. Very clean, quiet, and the management is fantastic. They always keep the building spotless and are prompt on answering emails. For being in an up and coming town, the price is great for what you all get out of the deal (underground, heated parking, WiFi, workout room, entertaining space, etc.) For being so close to Highway 52, you cannot hear a thing. The deck is incredibly spacious for outdoor space as well. A great place for all ages, I highly recommend.
I couldn't ask for a better place to live for my dog and I. Great amenities and the management is fantastic. I would highly recommend Kascade Place.

Great place to live, very clean and friendly. Easy access to bike path, highway 52, and gas station. Balcony and garage space is a plus!
