This place is a very quiet apartment if you’re a student like myself! If you have to get ahold of any of the employees they are very quick to respond

Kascade Place is a fantastic place to call home. I have lived here since it opened in 2016 and it has been nothing but perfect. For the price, location, and amenities, there isn't a better deal in Rochester.
Love the updated feel and everyone is so friendly! Underground parking is a great bonus! Would highly recommend!
Great place to live at in Rochester. Surrounding neighborhoods are nice and quiet. Within minutes to downtown Rochester, and seconds away from Highway 52.
