Karz plus escondido The only complaint I have is that due to a family emergency and loss. I returned the car I got maybe not even a week later and told her the reson I couldnt keep the car. I gave her a recipt for 93.00 O spent on oil change and oil filter replacement and park light replacement. I told her she could keep the 500 I gave for down payment and asked if they could unwind the contract. Havent heard anything. THE MANAGER OF KARZ PLUS NATIONAL CITY, MARK ****** IS BAD FOR BUSINESS, THAT FAT **** ********** LIKES TO RIP THE CUSTOMERS OFF. MY BILL WAS DO JUNE 1, 2017, I SENT MY PAYMENT VIA POSTAL. IT WAS CASHED ON MAY 31, 2017, AND MY CAR WAS REPOED JUNE 5 2017 SUPPOSEDLY FOR NOT HAVING INSURANCE. I HAVE A BANK STATEMENT SHOWING, THAT I PAID MY INSURANCE ON 5/12 OF 2017. The managers are rude disrespectful I just purchased a car 7 months ago and the engine is already bad the warranty covered it so they put in a new engine 1 month later my engine light goes on. Now they tell me that its the radiator and the warranty doesn't cover that wow are you kidding me. I was sold a lemon, I just want people to open there eyes and not get ripped off like I did.

We purchased a vehicle from Ryan at the Escondido location. He was awesome! It was quick,organized and professional. Buying a car is sometimes a lengthy process. He made it very easy and quick. We were not there for hours waiting and were in and out. We found a car on the website from another location and he had it brought up to the Escondido location so we could test drive. We loved the car and drove with it. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Karz Plus. They were honest and professional.

I really am happy with my new car, Brian helped me with. He was friendly the whole time and worked out a great deal for me to leave the lot with a paid car. My tags were mailed less than a week and he made sure I left with a full tank, clean car and everything good. Thanks Brian and I recommend going to him at Karz Plus.

Everyone at Karz Plus are friendly and very helpful.I drove them nuts with all the questions that I was asking them. But they smiled all the way through it. I was afraid I was making the wrong decision because I was alone. But they helped out and I went home HAPPY!!!

I got excellent service! I saw a car on-line at another lot and they drove it over so I could take a look at it. I had questions about gas mileage on each car I test drove and Kimberly had the information handy and was happy to help. They stayed late to accommodate us and gave us a great deal. I would highly recommend Karzplus to anybody that is looking to buy a used car. Friendly salespeople, great customer service and attention to detail. What's not to love?
