2025 edit: The carts aren’t electric anymore, and it’s outdoor now. Honestly it’s more fun now! The carts here are electric, it’s like driving a mini Tesla because they accelerate crazy fast. If you turn the corners fast enough and rip the brakes you can even drift
Worst customer service I ever experienced anywhere in Canada. Calling customers stupid is not a good way to react to several paying customers making mistakes. We all don’t go there as experienced drivers so mistake will always be common, and the people pay to have fun, not get insulted by a tiny little man who wouldn’t say all that anywhere in the streets any day. Disappointed!!
It is not easy to enjoy this service, because it is difficult to buy the tickets ahead and come to take part. Please, make online buking, it is terrible))) to come and to see so bad service)
