Me and my mother went into the store looking to buy a pair of frames with all intentions of buying a pair that day. We were greeted upon entering the store but were never helped with any of the frames. The employees were laughing amongst themselves and NEVER came over to see if we needed any help. I’m glad I wasn’t in desperate need of some frames at that moment because I would have went blind. Take your business somewhere it is appreciated.
A group of infants could run a better shop. Their contact fitting service is lack luster, their people are rude, they mixed up and provided us someone else’s prescription glass, and could not figure out how to work insurance. I’ll definitely be finding a better
Great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful, optometrist was knowledgeable and informative. They also made sure I got the best deal possible on my contacts.
Every staff member start to finish was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They do have strict protocols in place because of COVID, but that makes sense given that it’s an “in your face” medical specialty and business. Dr Merritt was so reassuring and took lots of time to explain my exam and my options. I am new to contacts and a staff member (who patiently listened to me drop f-bombs 15 times) gave me lots of tips to ease putting them in and out. Almost impossible to get a staff member to help you! After calling to be allowed into the store and waiting for several minutes for someone to actually unlock the door, I was not able to get anyone to help me order frames. Not worth the hassle and inconvenience with so many better optical stores in the area!
