Poor customer service. No one respond back. Tried reaching them so many times to cancel my membership but it's been more than a month now and still no response. They just say they will get back later but never ever call back or reply to emails. Terrible experience.
The gym is really nice and well lit, never too busy. As for Yoga, some of the instructors in the studio are really truly GREAT.... a few are not so great (one had me doing a hamstring stretch first while lying on back back - COLD; a few times its been cold in the room). Overall I do like the studio and will go back.

I would highly recommend Karma Yoga for their unique facility that includes professional yoga instructors, fitness studio with state of the art equipment / qualified and devoted trainers, and a gem of a cafe. Also, I am really impressed with how Karma Revolution, in Allston, offers classes on a sliding scale, making a healthy lifestyle affordable to everyone. We need more Karma in the fitness industry! In addition, I am excited to see what Karma Yoga will have inshore for their growing community, heading into 2015!
