Karma Yoga Studios. You guys closed your back bay studio but are still charging me ... 3 months later, 15 e-mails and several phone calls and I have yet to see refunds. But am getting charged every month. Please get your act together. REMOVE my credit card from your system and refund me.

Visiting the city for the first time in almost 20 years and I was super excited to take a yoga class. I found this place right by our hotel. Had no idea upon arrival it was metered parking. I walk in and ask the girl at the register if she could please make change for me for the meter so I could stay for class. She paused for a moment, looked me with a not so pleasant look and said no!
