I went for a Humane League benefit, and the class was wonderful. Challenging but relaxing, and based in actual truth about the body. And I love their support for the animals!
I took my first class here last night and can proudly say that I am coming back for more. I got to learn about how the body works and what I should and should not be doing with posture and general movement. Jesse is highly informed on the benefits of yoga and makes sure to share his wealth of knowledge during the class. The studio was clean and the materials used during practices are beautifully maintained. Thank you for a great experience!
This studio is a beautiful space with amazing teachers. Not to mention, they are always helping their community. Highly recommend!
KYS is the best yoga studio I have ever been to by far. The yearly membership is a real bargain, but the most important thing above everything are the amazing teachers and having lots of classes so you can go pretty much any time during the day. The only tricky decision is whether to join the Newbury street or Harvard square locations. Newbury is sunny, but Harvard also has a gym and a sauna.
Never paid me for the 3 classes I taught as a sub and I heard I'm not the 1st teacher they stiffed. PAY YOUR TEACHERS �
