The studio is wonderful and the teachers are great, but management is either predatory or incompetent (or both). I cancelled a membership and two months later they started charging my credit card again. After weeks of calling, going to the studio, and emailing they have failed to refund me or even let me speak to someone other than their polite desk attendants, who obviously have no authority in these matters. I would love to recommend them but I simply cannot
