Wow! – The selection are Karl's is really astonishing. The first time I went to Karl's I was just going to run in and have a look around. The second time I ended up spending hours in the store picking out the exact furniture I needed for the new baby and our 4 year old. The women who assisted me, turned out to be the owner, was so helpful. I really needed and appreciated her input. The new nursery looks amazing.
Very Excited! – My very pregnant wife and I have been procrastinating buying baby furniture for months. To be honest, it is something I have been dreading so avoiding it has not been difficult. Big Help! – I was in desperate need of finding my niece and very late, baby present. I'm a dog person, not a kid person. I went into Karl's on a whim, and was very pleasantly surprised. The selection was great, children's clothing, gear, and furniture! I ended up getting a Maclaren stroller and some clothes. The sales woman was so helpful and my niece was so grateful for the gifts. Thanks for making me look so good Karl's!
Love the selection at Karl's! I found the cutest Baby furniture for my daughter. It was a great price and it looks beautiful in the room. They were super nice and helpful.
Great selection! – I went to this store last week and I was impressed at the selection they had. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and picked up some extra things along the way. I definitely recommend this place to those looking for children's furniture.
Worst experience – Do not order from this company. We ordered furniture in May 2011 and still did not receive the glider which was 1300 and paid for in cash!! All the other negative reviews you read online about this company is true. They have terrible customer service and are not truthful. I have left so messages and no one calls me back. I guess I have to driver 45 minutes to reach someone. If you call them they will never return your call. They strung us along promising to deliver the glider and never come. Returning customer! – I just moved to Baltimore, when I was 3 months pregnant. I stopped into Karl's Baby store for a look. I went back when I was ready to select my nursery. The sales people were so helpful and educated. They helped me select my entire nursery, from furniture to bedding. The selection was great. They show a wonderful selection of cribs. What a fabulous selection of cribs!! It was very east to select my crib for my baby because each room is set up like a nursery. Many cribs to choose from that turn into full size beds. Also Karl's had a nice selection of gliders, I chose an upholstered one in fabric to match our daughter's bedding. It was worth a couple hour drive to shop at Karl's!!
Don't Bother with this Company – Do not order from this company. We ordered furniture in 2008 and 2011 and it took 4 months to receive.
