Karl's has been around forever. I remember my mother telling me my baby furniture came from Karl's. I live in New York, but my mom said I have to go to Karl's when I have a baby. Before I traveled 4 hours round trip, I called Karl's and wanted to know if they sold the brands I was looking for. I wanted to see Newport cottages, AFK, Navas Designs, and Romina. This store is worth going to – If you like quality furniture this store is worth going to. I was shopping for baby furniture and most of the baby stores have closed down near my home. So my husband and I drove over the bridge and we purchased a set called Romina. The sales person was extremely nice and helped us for over 2 hours. This store is great and we can't wait till the furniture is delivered.

Outstanding – I bought a young America Stanley crib and dresser from Karl's 4 years ago. I called Karl's because the dresser started to peel and chip. I thought that I had bought furniture that would last for many years to come. Karl's ordered me a new dresser top, and when I went in to pick it up, they said it would be no charge. It's nice to know there are still retail stores that stand behind the products they sell.

Helpful staff – I've been here twice with many questions to ask and I must say the staff here rocks, especially the owners. They really give you helpful advices, not pushing on the marketing . The prices are also very reasonable.

I was hesitant to buy my baby furniture at Karl's because my friends furniture was delayed. But their selection and prices are the best! I was told the furniture would take 12 weeks to come in. At 8 weeks, I received a call from them and they wanted to schedule delivery. I was so happy my furniture cam in 2 weeks early. My room looks great and now I'm just waiting for the birth of my little princess. Yay!

I really hate to see all of this negative... – I must say, these guys know their business. I just had a baby and my sister have me a morigeau crib from Karl's. My movers misplaced some of the hardware and I was stressed out. I drove down to Karl's and the man was extremely busy. He stopped his day and found me 6 screws I needed. Now my baby has a crib to sleep in. I thank them for their help and kindness towards me.

They are professionals! – I cannot believe all of the negative reviews! I purchased a bed from Karl's 7 years ago and I must say, they are professionals! My 7 year old canadian bed broke and I called Karl's. They told me to bring the broken headboard to the store and they would repair it at no charge! The bed was out of warranty and they still repaired the bed for free! I couldn't believe it! I highly recommend Karl's to all of my friends and family!

Buyer beware – We want buyers to be aware of the customer service that they can expect from Karls.... We ordered a Pali crib and dresser back in January and had to go through a painful process of getting the crib and dresser delivered. Those items were all paid in full (something we will never do again if we can avoid it) and were scheduled to be delivered prior to the birth of our son. We had to place EIGHT CALLS and one in-person visit in order to get any status on the delivery of the crib and dresser, which finally arrive... read more
