Karin the best in our book an reasons why! We lived and worked in the Middle East (QATAR) as contractors for over 5 years an had no place to call home until we worked with Karin, Most everything was VIA E-mail an she had to work with our family members in Washington state so trust was everything to us, we did in fact not see the house until the night before we signed papers, Karin Helped us countless hours around the clock due to a 12 hour time difference to us while we looked for a home in Washington State, She never pushed... read more
