We were out-of-state buyers and Karen did an excellent job helping us to find a home and complete the transaction from out of state. She was so efficient And got things through escrow very smoothly and on time. Even after the house closed she helped safeguard the house until we arrived and took care of some backyard issues for us. You couldn't ask for a better realtor.

Karin was very professional kind, helped so much more then any other realtor I have dealt with. I lived out of town plus very sick in hospital over 15 times plus surgery. It was my parents home that I was selling. We had an offer on the house. We had a lot of repairs and no up front money so we were kinda doing as home. But some things had to be fixed for anyone to get a loan. She worked hard to get the contractors set up on times and have them wait for they money at closing.
