Hard to believe - but it's a pleasure to go to the dentist. The staff is so friendly and the office is run efficiently - both mean a lot to me!
I felt as if I was waiting quite a lot during the procedures, which led to more discomfort (dry mouth, wide open jaw) than there would've been had Dr. T not had to spend time with other patients. I realize some of that is unavoidable, as it's a busy practice, but it's pretty hard to just lie there with one's mouth open. The assistant was very reassuring and made every effort to let Dr. T know when she had completed any "prep" work that we were ready for her. Staff is always friendly and professional. I get incredibly anxious at doctor's offices and they made me feel comfortable and at ease.
I met with Mary Beth and Valentina --- I realize that i am a skiddish patient and Mary Beth does an awesome job to making me feel welcomed and most of all safe in her hands. Valentina on the other hand (this being my second encounter with her) has a strong hand and not gentle in the least. More times than I could count she would pinch my lip between between my teeth and her knuckle or instrument then press for leverage and is very painful and not in my book of experiences I want to repeat.
