I like all of ya'll. Mrs. Torres your staff are extremely friendly easy to talk to & professional. I wish I had better insurance ( oh my not understanding is to expensive balance due. But yes I understand what the Young lady explained about my insurance)to cover or help more with my dental issues. You & all of your staff Great! & although I had a time trying to find you, Great place & location. I won't be lost again.
Everything was fine with my visit.
The panorama x ray was dirty, had to put my chin on a very dirty piece of equipment, I tried to wipe it off with my hand before I had to put my face on it. Tech use her bare hands to put plastic sleeve on the part you bite down on, she touched the entire sleeve too, not just the edges. The room I was seated in was not very clean, hair and dust on the equipment attached to the chair. I am waiting to hear specifics about my crown cost. The phone estimate was a couple of hundred in cash and balance ITEX.
It seems like the prices are getting too high. My insurance company's benefits are used up after what seems like minor work. My participation (sometimes 20%, sometimes 50%) is very high, making many needs just not in the budget. I do love the people though.
Change nothing! New location is an easy find and very comfortable and convenient. Still the best team working together perfectly with the best of all ever Dr. Karen Torres. Communication is clear and open for any discussion if needed. Staff is well informed and certain of direction best for me. Forever my Dr. for oral hygiene for life. I love the feel of being cared for by a team that feels like family.
